Commercial Roof Ventilators

THE CONDOR
The Condor Roof Ventilator represents
state of the art in architectural ventilation and is designed to utilise natural kinetic energy (thermals) and pressure differentials in and around a building.
The Condor's unique patented motionless design is thermal and pressure responsive, with the system enabling positive ventilation to all buildings.

Where replacement air entry is not available as per the stack effect, the Condor Roof Ventilator will automatically multi task, i.e., allowing the building to breathe in and out through the Condor.

PERFORMANCE
The Condor is the most efficient natural architectural building roof ventilation system and is unequalled in it's ability to provide continuous ventilation in all weather conditions with no operational or maintenance costs.

DESIGN
As the air currents on the roof move across the conical sections, a multi venturi effect is created, with air volume being drawn out from inside the building . The Condor Kinetic roof ventilator development is the most significant advance in efficient natural roof ventilation to date.

Developed for low and high pressure discharge

SPECIFICATIONS
Roof Ventilators shall be Condor (Model) roof ventilators manufactured by Condor Ventilation with custom mounting to (pitch & type) roof and colour to be installed only as per manufacturers specifications.

AIRFLOW CONTROLLERS
Air Flow Controllers complete with 240v. electric actuators are available for all roof ventilators. This unit controls any heat loss that may be considered undesirable during winter months

The AFC housing slides into the corresponding channel already welded to the underside of the roof ventilator base.
This eliminates the necessity of having to provide extra purloins or girts or disturbing the integrity of the flashing plate of the ventilator base.

Note: Specifications should state clearly if AFC's required are to be Condor type.

Construction is welded galvanised steel housing with steel or glass louvre blades.
All metal parts are polyester resin coated prior to assembly.

Simplicity of design enables installation to be performed quickly and economically.
All Condor units are assembled and supplied to site as per architectural requirements.
The Condor Roof Ventilator can be fixed and water sealed to any type of roof.

All flashings are supplied to suit specific roof profiles therefore roofing companies are to specify what type of roofing profile is being used on site.

All Condor commercial roofing products are to remain in the domain of roofing companies and not mechanical services.

This will reduce installation cost.

All products and components are manufactured in Australia so as to ensure the highest standards in quality control
