Ventilation for Raked or Cathedral Dwellings

The upper region of the room or area begins to build up pressure somewhat like a pressure cooker.
This heat load permeates through the insulation making comfort levels in the living area unbearable.

A Condor Kinetic Roof Ventilator will reduce the pressure in the room and allow the area to maintain better comfort levels.
The ventilator will vent the area direct to atmosphere through the ceiling register.

Ceiling registers are manually opened and closed on demand to control heat loss during winter. Electrically operated airflow controllers are also available.

Raked or Cathedral type dwelling ventilators are chosen on individual application as the area being vented is volumetric living area, not roof attic area

There are variables to be considered, such as type of air conditioning and air conditioning ducting as well as colour and roof material.

One appropriately sized roof ventilator is always more efficient that multiple smaller.
