During the summer months a house absorbs incredible amounts of heat, more so if the roof is a dark colour.    

The roof area begins to build up pressure somewhat like a pressure cooker.
This heat load will eventually overload insulation and make comfort levels in the living area below unbearable.

A Condor Kinetic Roof Ventilator will reduce the pressure in the roof and allow the house to maintain better comfort levels.
Don't make the mistake of believing this doesn't happen to a tile roof, it does. A tile roof is also slower to cool than a steel roof.

Air-conditioned houses, either refrigerated or evaporative, benefit considerably by having a Condor Kinetic Roof Ventilator installed, to eliminate air conditioner overload and reduce power usage.

Ceiling registers are manually opened and closed on demand to control heat loss during winter. Electrically operated registers are also available.
